Milana Drachuk

Hi, I’m Milana Drachuk, a driven student from Vinnytsia, Ukraine, with a passion for leadership, debate, and helping others. I thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments, having studied and volunteered across Ukraine, Romania, and the United States through FLEX and Erasmus programs. I enjoy building teams, crafting messages, and turning ideas into action through tutoring, volunteering, and student leadership.

I’m pursuing a Business Administration degree at Vytautas Magnus University to combine strategic thinking with practical communication and project management. In my spare time I run a speaking club, lead debate sessions, and volunteer for humanitarian causes. I look forward to opportunities to grow as a creator, organizer, and contributor in education, non-profit, or media settings.
