About
Miles Morrison - Los Angeles Based Artist and Audio Engineer
Hello, I am Miles Morrison, and artist with a passion for drum and bass, rap beats, cinematic soundscapes, and so much more. With a 15 year journey in music,I began my career as a 15 year old kid just doing something I loved to do. And I love it even more today. My current project “Pharo” showcases my abilty both in creativity and technical skill.
My hard drive has about 6,000 instrumentals for rap, rnb, etc. and I showcase some of those on my Beatport account: “Miles Wild” I studied audio engineering at The Art Institute of Los Angeles back in 2014, and while I learned a lot of valueble information there, the vast majorty of my expertise comes from first hand experience. I have worked in small studios with artists of many different genre.

The title not being capitalized is not a typo, I use that as a branding technique so that my music becomes recognized as the "all lowercase" titles. This one is a hybrid between memphis-trap and dubstep, and the entire song seemlessly morphs from one style to another- building intensity from start to finish (something I love to do in my music that is uncommon in EDM) music beat dubstep trap idm edm instrumental vocal master

A collection of 5 songs- each with a different mood/vibe/genre. All of which I have composed, arranged, mixed, and mastered myself. I will note that of them are remixes - I do not have clearance for the copyright- they use the vocals of Billie Eilish and Nav. I only use them here to showcase my ability but not for distribution.

I wish I didn’t have to upload these 1 at a time because I have thousands of excellent, pro-level instrumentals. This is a really catchy melody harmonizing over some chords in a major key with trap drums underneath. Plenty of headroom for a vocal and I can also help to mix your vocal onto any track

Synths are used but I never want my music to sound robotic. It is ever- changing, yet cohesive and catchy

Deep dubstep, more underground, a modern sound design and commercial mix, but the vibe of the song aligns with the origins of dubstep
