I'm a working musician based in Nairobi, Kenya, with over a decade's worth of experience as a performer, instrumentalist, and producer. I've been a member of several bands over the course of my career, with my past work mostly oriented towards rock and heavy metal genres. However, since picking up production five years ago, I've been expanding my horizons and venturing into other styles of music, including pop, world music, and film music. Although entirely self-taught as a musician, I've got a fairly advanced grasp of music theory, which helps me conceptualize ideas and bring them to fruition with less fumbling around, as well as communicate effectively with other musicians. I'm currently looking for opportunities to apply my skills and potentially create masterful pieces of music that can hopefully bring something new and fresh to the market and make new connections with like-minded people.

    uniE603 INKALAMU BEAT
This is one of the first beats I ever made when I first started out in music production just over five years ago. At the time, I was still working out which DAW I preferred best and tried several ones, including Ableton Live, MPC Beats, and Logic Pro. This beat was made on MPC Beats, which I wound up finding desirable for hip-hop style beats. However, as someone who predominantly works with live recorded instruments and more traditional music forms, I ended up finding Logic Pro to be better suited to my tastes and needs. It's what I use for all my projects now.
    uniE603 NYAKATI ZA DHAHABU
This is the first production I ever did for a metal band, a black metal outfit in my city known as Chovu. The Swahili title of the song translates to "The Golden Age," a fitting title for a song that harkens back to the medieval Kingdom of Mali, which was one of the wealthiest and most advanced societies in Africa during its height. This is the first single off the album "Ufalme wa Mali" (The Kingdom of Mali) and has already been uploaded on YouTube
    uniE603 Witches Stew
This is one of my most recent creations. A short instrumental whose title is based on a play of Miles Davis seminal "Bitches Brew." I'll be commissioning a singer soon to add vocals to the track to finalize it.
