I'm a working musician based in Nairobi, Kenya, with over a decade's worth of experience as a performer, instrumentalist, and producer. I've been a member of several bands over the course of my career, with my past work mostly oriented towards rock and heavy metal genres. However, since picking up production five years ago, I've been expanding my horizons and venturing into other styles of music, including pop, world music, and film music. Although entirely self-taught as a musician, I've got a fairly advanced grasp of music theory, which helps me conceptualize ideas and bring them to fruition with less fumbling around, as well as communicate effectively with other musicians.
