This double‑exposure illustration explores the relationship between form, memory, and environment by merging portraiture with layered visual storytelling. The piece blends a clean, monochrome silhouette with vibrant internal imagery, creating a cinematic contrast between the outer figure and the world contained within.
Using controlled masking, texture work, and intentional composition, the artwork reveals how identity is shaped by the spaces we inhabit urban structures, natural landscapes, or symbolic elements that hint at a deeper narrative. The result is a balanced fusion of photography‑inspired aesthetics and expressive digital illustration, designed to feel both modern and atmospheric.
This project serves as a study in visual metaphor, demonstrating how multiple images can coexist to communicate emotion, place, and perspective in a single frame. It highlights my focus on storytelling, composition, and stylistic experimentation within contemporary illustration.
