Led a frontend development team of ~5 junior and mid-level engineers, allocating tasks, conducting code reviews, and maintaining high code quality and effective collaboration. Implemented a custom modular React architecture to improve scalability and maintainability, and used GraphQL for efficient data fetching. Championed shadcn UI components and Emotion CSS-in-JS for flexible styling, while steering the team with Jira and Agile ceremonies. Implemented an Nx monorepo with micro frontend support to enable scalable, independently deployable frontend modules.

Led frontend development for a large-scale US-based AI-driven enterprise platform, collaborating with a 40+ member team. Leveraged Protobuf for optimized data transfer and improved performance. Optimized a custom Protobuf JS package (CommonJS to ES Module) reducing consumer app bundles by ~27.6%. Performed performance profiling with Lighthouse/Chrome DevTools, achieving a 77.25% reduction in app build size and 57.1% faster load times, plus significant memory usage improvements and Core Web Vitals gains.

Built the front-end of a banking software from scratch for a Nepali fintech context, translating UI concepts into React components, wiring REST calls, and delivering responsive, cross-browser compatible interfaces. Led UI development, collaborated with global teams, and produced documentation and tests to support delivery.
