Moritz Winkels

I am an art director, artist and illustrator based in Hamburg, Germany. My passion lies in creating my own characters, stories, and visual worlds. I see myself first and foremost as a visual storyteller, and it is very important to me to convey a variety of themes and messages through my work. These can be political or socially relevant topics intended to provoke thought, but also completely fictional stories that are primarily meant to entertain. The most important thing is that my work always contains a certain amount of humor and a touch of irony, intended to make the viewer smile.

I worked for clients like McDonald‘s, A24, Henkel, Ferrero, Focus Features, Lidl etc. and I create my own comics and stories.
