I am a recent graduate of Ohio University majoring in Media Arts Production, minoring in English, with a Writing and Social Media certificate. I have had many incredible experiences in creating meaningful content during my time at university, and I believe this position is a perfect opportunity for me to not only showcase my skills but also learn and gain new experiences. With my academic background in Media Arts Production, along with hands-on production experience, I’m confident in my ability to excel in this position. In my role as Instagram Manager for YikYak, I gained valuable experience crafting engaging content and building connections with our audience through daily posts. I also had the opportunity to work as a Director of Photography on several projects, where I developed my storytelling skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in fast-paced environments. Through many of the student run films I have been a part in, I am not unfamiliar to projects going wrong and problems arising. However, any failure I have experienced has only made me eager to learn, try again, and succeed even better than I had originally hoped. I would love to join you in this position and help maintain an inclusive and positive workspace for everyone.
