Led and participated in cross-functional sessions with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and domain experts to clarify requirements, translate them into actionable design solutions, and refine them through an iterative process. Designed digital wireframes and prototypes for 8+ internal applications, supporting end-to-end process improvements across new applications and migration projects. Coordinated design implementation with developers using Jira, ensuring accurate execution of design and functionality in Kanban and Scrum setups. Contributed to the internal design component library by proposing new components and improving existing component behaviours, interactions, and patterns in line with Atomic Design principles, and produced the necessary implementation tickets to expand the internal React component library while reviewing correct implementation in Storybook. Leveraged AI to optimize design workflows, improving efficiency and contributed to AI workshops focused on in
