In my recent role, I played a central role in the redesign of a fintech platform - from discovery research, developing (stakeholder and user interviews, surveys, competitor analysis, affinity and empathy mappings, user personas, journey maps, user flows) to usability testing with tools like Google Analytics, Zoom, Maze, and Hotjar.
