    paper Research Report Distribution System between Internal and Salesforce

    In my last company CGSI, I have led a team to enhance an existing Research reports distribution system which is an internal system integrated with two external systems; one is data provider from one of our vendors (EFA) and another one is Salesforce CRM which is company’s cloud CRM. My research report distribution system is served as a middle ware in between EFA and Salesforce CRM.
    There are over 20-100 research reports are published by CGSI researchers from different countries using EFA excel add-ons. CGSI retrieved those daily reports via API calls and download into CGSI servers and restructured to customized reports based on different report types and uploaded to Heroku’s Cloud repository (Cloud Cube) and synchronized with the Salesforce CRM portal and CGSI research front-end web portal as well as internal administrative portal.
