I have always been passionate about cinematography and the magic of moving images. Growing up in Portugal, I studied media design and digital design, and after moving to the UK I continued studying Business and Management while still creating clips for YouTube, travel, fashion, and music videos to grow my portfolio.
After earning my MSc in Innovations for Global Sustainable Development in Sweden, the war in Ukraine prompted me to apply my creative skills to help my fellow Ukrainians who were forced to flee their homes. That led me to UNHCR, where I began in events management and later as a Studio Production Assistant, making short films and advocating for the rights of refugees. I now freelance as a video producer and aspire to one day make my own movie.
