Responsible for the administration and running of accounts and projects, maintaining client relationships as well as building and maintaining strong internal relationships across the company. Manage projects (high-level of SKU's) from initial brief and working closely with the internal Design, Retouching, Artwork and Quality Control teams to facilitate the production of packaging for clients. Ensure the accuracy and precision of all work by continuously checking all details against the client brief, brand guidelines and/or style guides. Effectively manage the timing and execution of the internal design and artwork process. Keep full track of all your live projects and be able to give a full account of the status of each project at any given time.

Managing Digital campaigns from end to end including client liaison, project planning, budget management, management of internal and external resource and integration of digital products. Managing approvals through multiple stakeholders. Timeline Management - Develop and maintain detailed project timelines. Run several medium to large parallel projects independently, steering clients and internal teams from end-to-end across multiple workstreams.

Maintain and grow a strong relationship with the client through excellent communication, creative thinking and problem solving. Plan and manage creative, production and strategic projects including a wide range of digital and print deliverables, from online advertising, social, DOOH, ECRM, web, press and print. Accountable and responsible for the end-to-end process for project deliverables. Track and managing resource and anticipate possible issues. Create and update project documentation including project briefing documents, schedules, and budgets. Liaise directly with clients and attend briefings and debriefings as and when required - Be proactive at adding value to client briefs by helping to develop and enhance these, suggesting ways they can be brought to life. Be proactive at managing expectations of internal and client teams. Delivering projects on time, to spec and within budget.
