Natasha Hostettler (née Patil, 27 June 1990, Bern) is an interdisciplinary UX designer with a solid background in Human-Computer Interaction, Media Engineering, and Mediamatics. Her professional path integrates technical expertise, psychological insight, and design competence, forming a holistic perspective on user-centered product development. After completing her general education and Matura, she trained as a Mediamatician (2008–2012) at BicT AG and BERNEXPO, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Media Engineering (2012–2015) at HTW Chur with a focus on Media Applications. Between 2018 and 2021, she completed the MAS in Human Computer Interaction Design at HSR Rapperswil. In 2025, she added a CAS in Mindful Leadership, focusing on self-leadership, resilient organizations, team dynamics, and organizational development. Professionally, Natasha gained broad experience in UX, interaction design, and digital innovation projects. She worked at companies including Swisscom, Inselspital Bern – Ability, Siroop, and Raymann Design. From 2020 to 2025, she worked at ELCA Informatik AG—most recently as Team Lead UX Bern, and previously as Senior and UX Designer. Alongside her professional work, she is engaged in the digital community, including as a co-organizer of the UX Meetup Bern (since 2019) and as a participant at Hack Zurich (2017/2018).
