My interest in seeking a new position stems from a desire for stability and the opportunity to work in a calm and sustainable professional environment. For many years, stability and peace in my work have been unfamiliar to me. I have often had to carry out my responsibilities under constant high-risk conditions, never knowing what to expect from one day to the next.

While these experiences have shaped me into a professional who can effectively manage stress, uncertainty, and crisis situations, I now consider stability to be my main priority. I would like to turn the experience I gained in unpredictable and challenging environments into a strong advantage—one that I can apply in a setting where I feel secure, valued, and professionally fulfilled.

I am currently an Associate Professor at an American university, and I am especially proud that I authored the first three-year Bachelor’s program in Public Relations in Georgia, which successfully passed accreditation. I take great pride in this achievement, as I invested all of my professional knowledge, experience, and lessons learned into building that program.

I believe this is the right stage in my career to continue my professional journey in an institution distinguished by high reputation, credibility, stability, and professionalism. That is why I sincerely hope to become a member of your team.
