Lead UX/UI design for a deep-tech B2B SaaS platform used by institutional clients with complex, data-driven workflows. Managed the full product design lifecycle by conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, developing personas and user stories, and running usability testing to validate key flows. Introduced AI-powered UX features and built a scalable design system and pattern library to support rapid development and prototyping. In Agile teams, I collaborate closely with product and engineering to streamline implementation and improve delivery consistency. I also contribute to marketing design efforts through brochures, flyers, and custom icons, while mentoring junior designers and shaping UX processes across the organization.

Designed enterprise financial platforms and data dashboards for global logistics users, focusing on SaaS UX consistency and system scalability. Conducted qualitative user research and stakeholder interviews, mapped journeys and service blueprints, and designed responsive, data-driven interfaces. Produced wireframes, interactive prototypes, and developer-ready specs using Figma and Axure in collaboration with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams. Led A/B testing and iterative UX enhancements to improve flow efficiency and align product direction with user behavior.
