Implemented the USDA-funded HATUTAN Project to strengthen the capacity of municipal officials and school administrators in budgeting, planning, monitoring, and reporting to improve school management efficiency; supported communication and coordination with the Ministry of State Administration and the Ministry of Education to enhance the School Feeding Program’s effectiveness; developed communication materials and collaborated with the Gender and Program Quality team to ensure safeguarding and gender inclusion in all program activities.

Supported efforts to strengthen democratic institutions and public confidence in electoral processes through data analysis and media monitoring; conducted research on campaigns and reviewed EU-EOM media publications.
