HOW CAN WE IMPROVE THE 911 CALLER EXPERIENCE IN THE US?

In my research project at Pace University, I explored how advanced digital technologies can enhance 9-1-1 calling user flow. Through research, interviews, surveys, and usability tests, I developed high-fidelity interactive prototypes. The updates include supporting automatic location sharing, assisting callers with assessing the situation, and providing post-call tracking for ambulances.
