AI engineer delivering products and agentic systems in Eindhoven. Built an internal agentic assistant answering engineering questions over legacy system documentation delivered via Microsoft Teams and a custom web UI. Pivoted from classic RAG to retrieval-as-a-tool where the agent decides when and how deep to search, reducing cost and context usage. Extended the agent with read-only access to current incident tickets and live Splunk queries, served via an MCP server. Implemented evaluation with DeepEval using GPT-5 as judge (relevancy, precision/recall, faithfulness and conversation/summarization metrics). Built Python/Bash data pipelines feeding Splunk for dashboards and SPL analysis, and engineered deployment infrastructure for GitHub Actions runners.
