    by prioritizing female commuters’ #1 need: feeling safe.

    SHORT DESCRIPTION:
    NagarPath is a bilingual transit app designed for Dhaka’s 18+ million residents.
    Through research with 120+ users, I discovered that female commuters prioritize
    safety above all else—a finding that shaped the entire product. The app features
    real-time bus tracking, emergency SOS that works offline, live journey sharing
    with family, and weather-aware routing for monsoon challenges. Usability testing
    with 8 participants achieved 91% task completion and 4.8/5 satisfaction, with
    95% rating safety features as “essential.”
