    I was brought in by a famous home appliance brand to conduct a design thinking workshop to help them ideate features for a connected ice maker with a mobile app. The goal of the workshop was to capture the goals, hopes, concerns, and any requirements around the Connected Ice maker project to create a list of prioritized features for the proposed app. Following their design guidelines, I designed a mobile app experience that incorporated all the requirements for users to customize their ice maker experience.

    I worked to redesign Big Dot of Happiness's shopify e-commerce site by leveraging my UX/UI design skills and understanding of e-commerce best practices. I optimized their navigation, enhanced usability and aesthetics, and simplified the experience to reduce bounce rate and maximize conversion.
