I created BLOGOSFERA from the ground up while serving as Head of Content at AIR Media-Tech.
The idea was born during the rapid growth of the influencer industry, when follower counts often received more attention than the quality and responsibility of the content itself. I wanted to create an award that shifted the conversation toward what creators actually put into the world.
The central idea became “Content Matters.”
I developed the concept, positioning, and name — BLOGOSFERA, combining the idea of bloggers with the environment or “sphere” they create around themselves. From there, I led the project from strategy through execution.
My work included:
• Brand concept, positioning, and naming
• Creative strategy and direction
• “Content Matters” communication concept
• Award structure, categories, and mechanics
• Creative briefs for design and visual identity
• Collaboration with design and development teams on the digital experience
• Jury recruitment and coordination
• Project implementation and launch
• Development of the physical award trophy
Unlike awards centered primarily on popularity or follower numbers, BLOGOSFERA was designed to recognize creators for the quality, creativity, originality, and responsible approach behind their content.
The response at launch exceeded our technical expectations: voting traffic during the first 24 hours overwhelmed the original server capacity, requiring an urgent increase in infrastructure.
I continued leading BLOGOSFERA for two years, and the award later became part of VIDEOZHARA, a major international creator and influencer festival.
BLOGOSFERA is one of my favorite examples of what I love about creative strategy: identifying a cultural insight, turning it into a clear idea and brand, and then building the team and execution needed to make that idea real.…I created BLOGOSFERA from the ground up while serving as Head of Content at AIR Media-Tech.
