Led a team of 4 designers to deliver high-impact motion graphics for game marketing and brand campaigns across digital and social platforms. Collaborated with game producers, art directors, and marketing teams to develop visuals aligned with gameplay narratives and brand identity. Created trailers, motion toolkits, in-game animations, and promotional assets. Ensured consistency and quality across deliverables while meeting fast-paced production deadlines. Actively explored and implemented new tools and techniques, including proficiency in Unreal Engine, to push the boundaries of storytelling through motion.

Monitored work against the production schedule, provided updates to the Design and Development Manager, and reported any technical difficulties. Implemented, executed and maintained graphic elements for on-air and provided graphics packages to outside producers for FOX Sports commissioned programs. Developed motion graphics for a mobile-first world and created on-air campaigns, show titles & packages, and network branding initiatives. Collaborated with Video Development Producers to conceptualize daily, series and franchise storytelling.

Led workflow independently to meet tight deadlines and managed joint projects with other designers. Worked with video editors to develop design toolkits and graphical treatments, and with external partners to develop, edit and implement video content for internal and external presentations, advertising and social media engagement. Supervised graphics and VFX for on-air use across studio and remote productions and led collaborative efforts to develop a visual language for TV commercials.
