Worked in the credit risk data management team with a focus on data quality. Built and reported on data quality controls to monitor defined dimensions. Served as Power BI expert, building and maintaining dashboards; led training for colleagues and managed the team’s Power BI online app and security. Participated in department-wide meetings, audits (EBA), onboarding standardization, and social events. Also built, maintained, and documented SAS codes to generate metrics assessing data quality of key risk-model variables.

Part of the data team for the UK's largest vape retailer. Cleansed and analysed sales data using Power BI, DAX, and Excel. Compiled and updated reports on product, store, and staff performance. Drew insights from reports and presented findings to managers and managing directors in data meetings.
