Hello, my name is Oliver and for as long as I can remember I've loved watching movies. Growing up in Haiti I never imagined a career in the world of filmmaking but here I am one career change later I am where I've always wanted to be. 3 years ago I quit my job as a baker to pursue a career in film, shortly after I met a DP in Miami that owned a production studio where I interned. Eventually that internship became a permanent position in the company. My role was the in house camera technician, I was responsible for rigging up various cameras from the Sony FX-3, FX-6, FX-9, RED Komodo and the RED Raptor and depending on the job they would rigged up with follow focus, monitors, wireless transmission etc. Last year I moved to Spain to seek new opportunities and wanted to live in Europe. I attended the Escuela de Cine de Malaga where my short film from that year Santa Marina won a few awards. I also had the pleasure to be a DP on the other student film projects.
