Managed MEAL responsibilities for civic protection and post-disaster humanitarian aid projects covering WASH, NFI, Cash distributions, and MHPSS. Supervised a MEAL team of 10 staff and reported to the Programs Coordinator. Led data cleaning and quality assurance, conducted pre-post assessments, PDM surveys, and output/outcome indicator evaluations, and supported impact studies. Ensured community feedback and complaint mechanism (CFCM) functionality as a sub-unit of the MEAL department. Worked across multi-donor portfolios including DG ECHO, Diakonia, UNICEF, UNHCR, DRC, WVI, and ACF. Total managed project budget in 2025 was approximately 18 million USD.

Ensured monitoring and evaluation processes followed annual monitoring plans and covered both financial and technical assistance program types.

Worked in the Corporate Credit Department (Financial Analysis and Research) for approximately six years, preparing creditworthiness and assessment reports for SMEs and monitoring credit risks for existing clients using rating/scoring methods.
