Led multidisciplinary teams of 100+ engineers and technicians, managed and monitored maintenance crews to meet annual programs and project delivery schedules. Oversaw MV/LV networks and 11/0.4 kV transformers, achieving a 95% reduction in outages over two years. Maintained a 17-year record of zero major accidents through strict LOTO and daily safety audits. Supervised the installation and extension of OHL and underground cables (11kV & 380V), and commissioning of RMUs for over 1,000 residential buildings, water pumping stations, and public lighting.
