Externship focusing on designing and prototyping a Gen Z–focused social feature. Conducted user research, journey mapping, AI-assisted usability testing and surveys (Google Gemini) to validate decisions and optimize MAUs. Presented data-backed strategy and high-fidelity prototype; demonstrated end-to-end product thinking across research, design, and pitching. Collaborated with peers in a fast-paced environment to iterate concepts and deliver a portfolio-ready proposal.

Conceptualized, designed, and refined brochures, flyers, and promotional materials; leveraged Google Gemini to conduct user testing and gather insights to inform iterative design improvements. Developed strategic layouts with typography, color schemes, and imagery aligned with target audience preferences and accessibility standards. Maintained brand consistency by adhering to The University of Tampa branding guidelines.

Provided technical support and guidance to students and faculty, ensuring seamless navigation and usability of Canvas, Zoom, and VidGrid. Conducted UX evaluations, identified pain points, and offered UI/UX improvement recommendations to enhance accessibility and efficiency. Facilitated training sessions and created instructional materials. Collaborated with IT teams to troubleshoot system issues, optimize workflows, and improve overall user experience.
