Coordinated with sales team and cross-functional staff to book, promote, and execute diverse events. Booked bands/concerts/DJs, sport team fundraisers, weddings and other private events. Managed the entertainment monthly budget, reservations and events for a 250 room boutique hotel that included the rooftop restaurant, 150 person capacity venue and hotel lounge bar. Liaised with artists and high profile guests also working as a personal assistant. Negotiated performance and events contracts. Music supervisor / curated playlists for hotel lobby and events.
