I’m a proactive and accountable person who enjoys challenges. I hold a BA in software engineering and an MBA in IT management, which equip me with solid technical and logical skills, as well as leadership and direction. Throughout my professional career, I’ve been involved in all phases of the SDLC. I have more than 8 Years of experience working with the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on Marketing Cloud on more than 300 Business Units, at the local and enterprise levels as an analyst, developer, admin, consultant, team lead, Solution Engineer, and Solution Architect, in multi-cloud and multichannel implementations, migrations, execution, audit, training, etc. I’m a double Ranger Trailblazer and Community Group Leader for SFMC Guadalajara, I have 6 Salesforce certifications and I’m preparing to get more. I really enjoy my work and that is my best accomplishment.
