In iwocaPay, ( a B2B payments product and seed startup within iwoca) I worked closely with the senior product designer, product manager, marketing lead and FE and BE engineers. I helped redesign the iwocaPay payments flow, which led to a 100% self-serve rate, a 27% increase in conversion, and a significantly faster sign-up time. Helped redesign our seller’s payment history page, leading to positive seller feedback, use of new features, and a higher active dwell time on the page. Helped create social media content for our marketing team. After moving to the core company iwoca I worked with the core company’s sign-up funnel team. Closely tied to the product manager, Head of all funnel teams, lead front-end engineer, data analysts, and various ops when required to research, ideate, test, and ship solutions. Researched and designed a new eligibility page, showing customers a potential offer. This increased our main success metric (DC rate) by 17% for high-revenue companies and 51% for loans over a 2-year duration. Researched and redesigned our ‘Trading history page’ leading to a 7% increase in DC rate, documents submitted, and an increase in customers using Open banking (our preferred method for the customer to share banking data). Researched and redesigned our ‘Truelayer Open Banking API’ flow, which significantly increased users adopting open banking.
