Directed and managed a high-performing team that successfully delivered 10k – 15k images annually for marketing and e-commerce, generating more than $2M in yearly revenue. Managed and oversaw all parts of the CGI process, including art direction, project management, 3D modeling, texture/material creation, lighting design, animation, post-production, quality control, and file management. Developed and optimized workflows, keeping up with industry trends and standards, to consistently deliver results on time and within budget. Directly managed a team of six designers, including production artists, CGI artists, and 3D modelers. Recruited, mentored, and developed entry-level talent, helping elevate the team’s creative skills and capabilities. Select clients included Anheuser-Busch, Labatt Brewing Company, Pepsi, Mars Wrigley, Land O’Lakes, Colgate-Palmolive, GSK, Haleon, Vermont Creamery, Bush Brothers & Company, Flagstone Foods, and Simply Good Foods.
