Hello! I'm Pedro Romero. I'm an 2Danimator/designer. I graduated from my BFA in graphic design with a specialization in motion media in 2014. I focused early in my career on designing apps and web experiences for different countries throughout Latin America. In 2016 I won one of the most prestigious scholarships in the world, the Fulbright Scholarship to earn my MFA in animation in The Savannah College of Arts and Design in 2018. I have freelanced remotely with different studios in Latin America, last year, I worked alongside the Ideas Factory Colombia to create an institutional video for the Colombian Australian Embassy to foster trade between both countries. Since early this year, I have been working as a contract animator for Comunicante, a Chilean marketing agency, creating corporate videos and TV commercials. I am a very challenge driven person; I love working as part of a team and enjoy participating in every part of the production process. As an artist I get a lot of inspiration from the human experience and my personal history. Short Films I have worked on like "Monarcade" and "Girasol" have been displayed in festivals around the world. I believe my eagerness for hard work, collaborating and my drive to challenge myself to do and learn more makes me the perfect candidate for this role, thank you for your consideration.…Hello!
