Hello! I'm Pedro Romero. I'm an 2Danimator/designer. I graduated from my BFA in graphic design with a specialization in motion media in 2014. I focused early in my career on designing apps and web experiences for different countries throughout Latin America. In 2016 I won one of the most prestigious scholarships in the world, the Fulbright Scholarship to earn my MFA in animation in The Savannah College of Arts and Design in 2018. I have freelanced remotely with different studios in Latin America, last year, I worked alongside the Ideas Factory Colombia to create an institutional video for the Colombian Australian Embassy to foster trade between both countries. Since early this year, I have been working as a contract animator for Comunicante, a Chilean marketing agency, creating corporate videos and TV commercials. I am a very challenge driven person; I love working as part of a team and enjoy participating in every part of the production process. As an artist I get a lot of inspiration from the human experience and my personal history. Short Films I have worked on like "Monarcade" and "Girasol" have been displayed in festivals around the world.
