Poonam Chawda

I’m an engineer turned designer with a builder’s mindset. I’ve co-founded a startup myself and spent the last four years designing inside early-stage and scale-up environments. I’ve worked with five startups across Europe in SaaS, health tech, and edtech, partnering closely with founders and product leaders to shape product direction.

I naturally gravitate toward complex, system-heavy workflows and love the challenge of simplifying them while keeping the experience powerful and intuitive. My approach blends systems thinking, deep customer empathy, and a builder mentality that keeps me focused on solving real problems, not just polishing screens.
