I’m Matthew Ribera, an aspiring background artist with training in 2D animation and composition. I thrive in collaborative projects and love contributing to environments that tell stories through color, texture, and atmosphere. Based in Melbourne, I’m passionate about learning, feedback, and growing as part of a team.
I’m excited to work with likeminded creatives on challenging projects, keep a positive attitude, and bring ideas from concept to finished visuals. My experience as a student animator and background artist at RMIT has taught me to communicate clearly, manage schedules, and support teammates to reach shared goals.
