Human Resource Management System (HRMS)

I developed a desktop-based Human Resource Management System (HRMS) designed to help organizations efficiently manage employee information and streamline administrative HR operations. The application served as a centralized platform for maintaining employee records, tracking attendance, managing leave requests, and generating workforce reports.

Built as an administrator-focused system, the HRMS enabled HR personnel to perform key employee management functions through an intuitive graphical user interface. The system eliminated the need for manual record-keeping by providing secure storage, quick retrieval, and easy updating of employee data.

Key functionalities included employee registration and profile management, department management, attendance tracking, leave administration, employee search, and report generation. The application improved data accuracy, reduced administrative workload, and enhanced operational efficiency within the HR department.

The system was developed using Java Swing for the user interface, Java for application logic, JDBC for database connectivity, and MySQL for persistent data storage. The solution was designed with a focus on usability, maintainability, and reliable database operations.
