Short funny animation that is a paraphrase of the bible story of Jonah

I am a Pastor in FL. I am creating a funny, basic animation video that is a paraphrase of the story of Jonah for sale on worship content websites. I have a script. I estimate the video would be about 3-5 minutes long and I am creating a budget for the project. I want still frame close ups on the faces of the characters while they are talking. I would like to know how much it would cost to animate the story. I will do the voice over dialogue and I don’t need the characters to move their mouths. The story goes as follows: an ancient Hebrew man has a conversation with God, has to pick between two ships with two different destinations, travels on a ship that encounters a storm, has a conversation with the ship captain, is thrown off, eaten by a fish, the fish barfs him up on the beach, he goes to talk to an ancient city, speaks to a crowd of people, goes on top of a hill overlooking the town, he gets hot and uncomfortable, has a plant that grows up to offer him shade, the plant gets eaten by a worm. I am willing to do profit sharing deal or one time payment.
