Job Description
IGNITE Beverage Branding is a boutique beverage branding agency seeking to hire a Freelance Designer with the possibility of full-time employment. Designer will work on-site creating packaging designs from concept to completion. This will include logo design, label design, bottle design, box container design, branding guidelines and imagery for websites and social media. Other design items may include brochures, advertisements, in-store displays, apparel and stationery. 90% of these items will be for beverage clients. Applicant does not need experience programming Websites or UI graphics.

Skills required

• Experience creating brands from concept to completion
• Packaging design experience
• Expert level experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign
• Photography & retouching
• Creation of photo-realistic graphics on bottles, cans, and other packaging
• Detail oriented
• Photo manipulation
• Knowledge of the label printing process
• Final file preparation and knowledge of industry standard printing specifications
• Communication skills with the ability to work with vendors and some client interaction

Additional skills desired

• Beverage packaging design for wine, spirits or beer
• 3D Rendering in Blender or other 3D program
• Adobe After Effects
• Illustration
• Social Media content creation

In addition to the experience above, IGNITE is looking for a highly motivated and energetic team player with a can-do attitude toward anything that is thrown their way. The applicant needs to work efficiently on several projects at the same time while always pushing to create the next award-winning design. Candidates for this position must be reliable with the ability to show up on time 5 days a week with a strong work ethic.
