Illustator needed to help us to define our company illustration style

We are currently redesigning one of our consumer digital products. As part of this redesign, we are looking to introduce some character illustrations at a few key moments in the product experience. To help us explore this, we want to create an initial (small) set of 4-5 character illustrations that will help see whether this works - in the sense that it adds personality and value to the experience, without detracting from the user’s task.

As part of creating this initial set, we need to define an illustration style that is fitting with our brand identity, that is, it’s reflective of our brand values & personality. We have used illustrations before, but they’ve been fairly generic stock library stuff.

I am therefore looking for someone to work work with us over 2-4 weeks to define an illustrative style, and an initial set of character illustrations. Ideally, I am looking for someone with experience creating illustrations for financial services or related industries.
