Web Developer is needed in Long Beach, United States.

We are a web design and development agency in downtown Long Beach.

We are looking for a creative, motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team to support various support tasks and plugin integrations for our client projects. At least 2 years of WordPress experience preferred and / or coding background. Great opportunity for a freelancer looking to grow with a company.

While this is initially part time, there is opportunity to grow into a full time position.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
-WordPress Support – 30%

• Implementing change requests on existing client wordpress accounts.
• Helping setup standard procedures for ongoing client change requests.
• Client-side communication to ensure support tasks are completed as requested.
• Assisting in WordPress migrations
• Maintaining WordPress site upgrades

-WordPress Plugin Installations - 50%

• Researching and suggesting best plugins to use for projects.
• Installing and configuring plugins on active development projects.

-WordPress Styling

• Implementing last minute changes to active development projects as needed.

• Have excellent communication & inter-personal skills
• Be ambitious, hard-working, and intelligent, with a positive, can do attitude
• Love jumping in to help out in any scenario where that help is needed
• Be very well organized and an excellent time manager with ability to balance many different tasks at any one time
• Be self-sufficient and a self-starter who gets things done
• Experience using photoshop, excel, and google docs for providing project support a plus
• Office experience a plus
