Reception photographer for graduation celebration

Photographer is needed in Manila, Philippines.

We will be hosting a small surprise party for my sister in celebration of her college graduation. No formal agenda, just a plain get together with family and some friends. Just want to document this event with photos and possibly a video upon her arrival for the surprise.
