Game Designer Needed (for Level Design)

We are looking for a game designer to create a high quality 3D level/map for an FPS tactical shooter. As we are a very small team, this will be quite a varied role and we are looking for someone to do level design sketches as well as the actual 3D modelling for the map (we do have plenty of concept art and some documents to work from of course).

The game is being built in Unreal engine so all final files must be compatible and optimised for Unreal - experience with Unreal engine is obviously a plus for this reason, but as long as you are a skilled level designer and 3D Artist it is not necessary to have a lot of experience in this particular engine. Any props such as vehicles (even nonfunctional destroyed vehicles), large pieces of cover etc., will have to be separate/individual files so we are able to individually work on them and move them around at a later date.

To create the map, you will be working from existing concept art and documents, as well as discussions with the rest of the team, but you will have a fair amount of creative freedom to input your own style and design choices. The map will form the demo which will be used as a proof of concept.
