Seasoned Dyslexic Podcast Producer

Podcast Producer

My name is Emma Forsyth, I am the COO for a tech start-up in London. I am in the middle of writing a book on the power of Dyslexia aimed at young adults - driving up self-belief and unlocking potential.

I have a list of interviewees I would like to approach as part of my research, however, I have come to the decision that these conversations would likely be more powerful and easy to digest if they were done as part of a short pilot podcast season to accompany the book. Which is where you come in.

Whilst I have been a guest on podcasts I have never produced one myself, I am looking for a seasoned producer to help me get this right first time. Given the whole ‘new normal’ I feel this challenge might be even harder than anticipated and I am looking for someone with a driving force to make this project work as hard as it possibly can.

You are:

  • Experienced with 4+ podcast seasons under your belt (some remote podcast production experience would be a plus)
  • A leader and guide
  • Able to get the best out of our team and our guest
  • Able to make budgets work hard
  • Fun, unflappable and focused
  • Happy working remote but if you’re near London and able to meet that is even better
  • And (crucially) you are dyslexic. The whole team around this project will be.
