I am being bombarded with high frequency sound almost inaudible to most people but in my home the frequency meter i’m using is picking up random but intense frequency which is causing my ears to ring constantly and because of this i have been suffering with nose bleeds, extreme dizziness, sweaty hands and feet and assorted other ailments. My apt is having water (plumbing related) issues like clogged water filter, one way water heater valve stuck open, and washer leaking. This has been going on for a month since my neighbor moved out above me.
