Professional Marvel Comics level Illustrator for hire

I have a pretty cool project I would like to pitch via KickStarter.
To make this happen, I need a very skilled Marvel Comic’s level penciler to draft the lyrics of a rap song I created. The song features an African American Ninja and is a fantasy/ science fiction based story based on Hip Hop Culture.
I need to hire an artist who will bring out the best visual transformation of my lyrics and an artist whose great at illustrating African American people. The style of art is realistic and gritty. It features martial arts combat, blood, dismembering of body parts, etc. I’m a big fan of legendary comic book artists such as David Finch and Jim Lee and would like my art to match their style.
The total amount of pages I will need are between 10 to 20.
