BAD ASS Motion Graphics - VFX Artist Needed ASAP

Hello we are in need of an Awesome/Talented Motion Graphics VFX guy to add the finishing touch to our post production MaharlikaMiniSeries.com - We have worked with 2 VFX Artists already (http://aldeavfx.com/index.php/about/) & (https://www.phantom-fx.com/) so far and they show a great reel of accomplishments. But when they deliver the final work its poor quality and money down the drain. If you are one of those guys who makes your work look better than it really is by hiding behind big budget projects in collaboration with other artists. Please do not apply. It wont end well.

I am looking for someone who is honest about their abilities and talented.
Below you will find a drop box link showing one of the scenes showing the work of our previous VFX Artist. Forward the video to the 4:57 second mark and you will see the VFX Work. Pay attention to the VFX Tattoos designed on the warriors body. The are faint and not consistent on the warriors body, the quality is also poor. This would be your job to make it amazing and have a WOW Effect.

The quality of VFX we are looking for is to compete with Marvel and DC superhero’s VFX. I understand these projects are more expensive. But with a Talented and Creative Artist we can work wonders.

I have created a google drive with the tattoo design references of the Maharlika Warrior so you can make a better assessment. We would start with the episode 6 scene first. If you are able to pull it off then we will use you for the rest of the project.
