Need an animator for making character GIFs

Me and my team are looking for an animator to help with an NFT project of a walking cartoon character. We need someone to animate a 1 second looping gif for 56 traits. If you are unfamiliar with NFT animation, there are a total of 56 traits (body, clothes, eyes, ect.) and each trait would be animated individually. The body would be animated as a 1s gif first, and then all additional traits animated as their own 1s gif, where they line up and fit the body when layered together.

In total, there would be 56 seconds of animation if you add together each trait (there are 7 kinds of traits, and 2-6 variants of each kind, but many of the variants are just different colors). Our budget is around $1,500 ($25 per second of animation), but we are willing to negotiate further for traits that are more difficult. Our deadline is flexible.
