Small WordPress Site Design and Development with Scroll Animation

My client is rebranding and needs an updated site. We’ve already got the idea of a design down, although what we have will need some elaboration. The priority is the landing page, which will have a scroll animation similar to the Apple Macbook site (where the laptops open/spin on scroll).

The basic content details of the (desktop) landing page are below:

Hero header (working on getting a video together)
Sticky top menu
Body copy
**Complex scroll animation (I understand there are several solutions for how to do this. **Also open to simpler ideas that would still make the website stand out)
Images/graphics, some with simple animation (on-hover zoom type stuff)
Blog teaser with recent posts(that should link to a separate, complete blog page with all the posts).
Contact form with map a the bottom of the page

*The mobile site wouldn’t have the complex animations, but still convey the information

The secondary priority would be a page where the client’s clients could download/upload PDF/Image files. The design for this would be rather simple, but would need to work for both the desktop and mobile version of the site.

I would provide the content: Photos/images/videos/copy

This would likely be a single project, but as our (and our clients’) needs vary, if the hired freelancer does a good job, it could lead to some more work.
