20-second Maya Animation

I’m an animator and I need to outsource some work. I want a blocking plus pass, a spline, and a final pass for a 20-second animation in Maya. I have the rig and the reference video, but not the time to finish the work. I want this by March 24. I want the entire maya file back in case I need to make adjustments.
