Vapoura Rum Activation

We are a premium English rum that has been two years in the making of, what we believe, will be a category defining brand leading the way in the emerging premiumisation of rum.

From June until the end of the year we are running a series of fifteen private events in London, targeted around the creative sector with the aim of activating our rum in a way that we believe will set us apart from other spirit brands on the market. These events will combine carefully designed sets to play host to a combination of electronic and live music and immersive theatre.
As a concept, we’ve taken the iconic English HAUS party tradition and reshaped it the Vapoura way. A way that feels as considered, premium and adventurous as our liquid tastes. We’ll be deconstructing ‘not your everyday house’ inspired by a careful mix of interior styles and reconstructing it in different venues across London as a platform to activate our brand and allow people to explore our liquid in immersive and memorable ways.

It’s important to us that we create memorable ways of engaging with our customers/followers at these events but also create an environment for them to engage memorably with the liquid.

Weaving actors and theatrical mixologists into our HAUS concept we think would be an effective way to achieve this. Creating careful theatre and human connection around the story behind our liquid, the brand and the way it can be enjoyed we feel has a much better chance of landing in a lasting way with our community.

It’s important to us that it’s subtle and not (initially) in your face, that it’s woven into the fabric of the HAUS and the tone and language always remains on brand.

We are looking for 6 actors/actresses to perform across a series of events so there is opportunity for repeated work throughout the summer.
