Today, Lord Jameson has expanded into a team of devoted dog lovers and organic food experts committed to creating treats worthy of the unconditional love our dogs provide and giving back to animals in need.

Each of the healthy and delicious blends are made with organic fruits, vegetables, herbs, and botanicals to create a delectable treat that is allergy-friendly and perfect for dogs of all breeds and life stages.

We are looking for a Freelance Social Media Manager to join our team. The Social Media Manager will coordinate and execute the company’s social media marketing and day-to-day outreach. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers.

Content management duties

  • Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads)
  • Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising
  • Leverage the right tools to manage your content
  • Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
  • Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing)
  • Manage or oversee all social advertising campaigns
  • Manage and create new influencer partnerships and brand collaborations

Core marketing responsibilities

  • SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
  • Social media content creation
  • Influencer Outreach
  • Managing all inbound and outbound correspondence on the platforms with customers and influencers

Qualifications/Skills

  • BS in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
  • 2+ years proven experience working with social media
  • Goal oriented, self-directed and self-motivated within a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, marketing and communication skills
  • Deadline and detail oriented
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn is a must
